“The Neuropreneur” (trademark in process) is a program designed to help neurodivergent, ADHD, creative or autistic individuals break free from the typical path they were pressured into and embrace their creative passions. With your support, we can provide mentorship and coaching that builds confidence and empowers people to create the lives they deserve.

Throughout my journey..

Along the way, I saw something that has been consistently repetitive: so many brilliant, creative, neurodivergent minds: autistic, ADHD, sensory-driven thinkers – are often felt overlooked or boxed in by traditional systems. Yet their strengths.. hyper-focus, out of the box thinking, and intense passions are exactly what drives new ideas and change.

The Neuropreneur: Empowering the Creative, Out-of-the-Box thinkers to thrive outside of the 9-5

Hi, I’m Brittany.

For over a decade, I built my career at a Fortune 500 company in Cleveland, working across product marketing, finance, HR, analytics, and brand management. I led women’s empowerment groups, taught others how to advocate for themselves, and served on the board leading philanthropy and educational programs. My husband and I have created a real-estate portfolio, renovated our homes, and built things from the ground up to take the steps towards freedom.

After years of navigating corporate politics and environments that didn’t align with my values, I transitioned to the tech industry, eager to grow and learn a new industry. During that time, I became pregnant — and like many neurodivergent women, I struggled to balance expectations, mental health, and performance. I was very open about my challenges; having to abruptly stop my ADHD and mental health medications was very difficult (through this process, I learned you can continue your medications if your provider agrees). I was struggling, and there was a lack of onboarding or structure, but instead of support, I was met with pressure and isolation. We’re all just trying to do our best, and I’ve been trying to live in a world that wasn’t built for a brain like mine.

At six months pregnant, I was placed on a performance plan. At eight months, I was part of a 40% layoff.

That experience broke something open in me — but it also set me free.

A few months before that layoff, I had quietly filed for my LLC, a few DBAs, and opened business bank accounts. I didn’t know where it was going, but it needed to happen. I actually purchased my website domain name in 2019 with a dream I didn’t yet fully understand — a life where I could use my creativity and lived experience to help others who feel “different” build something sustainable and meaningful.

I’ve since realized that the traditional 9–5 structure simply wasn’t built for neurodivergent thinkers — people like me who are autistic, dyslexic, have ADHD, or OCD. Our strengths — creativity, hyperfocus, big-picture thinking, innovation — don’t always fit into rigid, copy & paste systems.

Starting my own business allowed me to finally thrive in an environment that celebrates those traits rather than punishing them. My creativity and drive flourished. And now, I’m building The Neuropreneur (trademark pending)— a program designed to help other neurodivergent individuals do the same.

What The Neuropreneur Is

The Neuropreneur is a coaching and education program for creative, diverse, neurodivergent, ADHD, or autistic adults who want to build independent, passion-driven careers or businesses – or just get shit done.

It combines real-world business strategy with the empathy and structure neurodivergent minds need — teaching people how to:

  • Turn their interests and skills into profitable businesses
  • Build income streams to support their long-term goals
  • Build confidence and systems that work for their brains
  • Create sustainable income without relying on environments that drain them

I’ve spent the last 2.5 years researching neurodivergence and building the frameworks, strategies, and templates for this program — all designed through the lens of someone who’s lived it.

I’ve learned there are a lot people out there who need the unique skill set, inspiration, guidance, knowledge and structures I’ve created for my ADHD brain.

My background includes Kinesiology, Pre-Physical Therapy, Market Research, Coaching, Corporate and Real World Experience – and I have a mission to share my learnings and help others who feel stuck, scared, isolated, not included, not normal, and have the drive to do big things – but just need a little help, like me.

Why I’m Asking for Support

I’ve self-funded everything up to this point — using my 401k, business credit, and pure determination. But to fully launch The Neuropreneur, I need help.

Your support will help fund:

  • Trademark filing to protect the program and materials I’ve developed
  • Website development to host the full program online
  • Platform functionality for course access, coaching modules, and resource libraries

My husband, toddler and myself recently relocated from Ohio to Colorado (and are the first in our families to leave Ohio) to continue this mission — building a creative life that not only sustains us but helps others achieve the same freedom.

This program is more than a business idea. It’s the culmination of everything I’ve lived through — and everything I’ve learned about resilience, creativity, and self-acceptance.

You can be a CREATIVE and WEIRDO and a BUSINESS PERSON.

How You Can Help

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, unseen, or stuck in a system that wasn’t built for you — this mission is for you too.

Your donation, no matter the size, will directly help bring The Neuropreneur to life and provide life-changing tools to people who need them most.

If you’ve read this far — thank you.
Thank you for your time, your belief, and your support.

With gratitude,
Brittany Griffith
